Brice Lee Hobbs, 40, was born on February 27, 1984, in Idabel, Oklahoma, the son of Alfred (Leroy) Hobbs and Terri (Garrett) Hughes. He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Alfred Lee Hobbs.

Brice was born and raised in McCurtain County and was a graduate of Valliant High School. He had a passion for music and loved listening to music from the 80's era with his family and friends. Brice also liked going for long drives just to look at the scenery. He loved the lake and McGee Creek Lake was one of his favorite places to go. Brice loved his family more than anything else and spent as much time with them as he could. He could be stubborn at times and was set in his ways but would do anything possible for the ones he loved. Brice will be truly missed by all who knew and loved him.

Brice is survived by his son, Malachi Hobbs of Kenefic, OK; daughter, Chelsy Hobbs of Kenefic, OK; father, Alfred Hobbs Of Valliant, OK; mother, Terri Hughes and husband, Sean of Rufe, OK; brothers, Kynan Hobbs and wife, Tiffany of Valliant, OK and Krispin Hobbs of Valliant, OK; paternal grandmother, Barbara Hobbs of Valliant, OK; maternal grandparents, William and Betty Garrett of Valliant, OK; along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
