Brenda Kay (Livington) Millwood, 71, gained her heavenly wings on February 23, 2025, passing at her home in Valliant, Oklahoma.

Brenda was born on March 2, 1953, the daughter of Robert Livingston and Madge Kathlene (Caswell) Fowler. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Larry Livingston and sister, Teresa Hawthrone. Brenda was a lifelong member of the Valliant area and worked as a CNA for many years.

Brenda's love for fishing was well-known among her family and friends, as she could often be found at Beavers Bend and at the "Half Bridge" in Ringold, patiently waiting for the catch of the day. Brenda also had love for a game of dominos or the excitement of a good card game. That led to her enjoyment of going to the casino and the occasional scratch off ticket. Above all else, Brenda's heart belonged to her family. She was a devoted mother and an adoring grandmother and great grandmother, whose love knew no bounds. Her daughter, grandchildren and great grandchildren were the center of her universe, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Brenda is survived by her loving family; daughter Samantha Kathlene Whatley and husband, Kenneth of Valliant, OK; sister, Barbara Byrd of Swink, OK; grandchildren, Tara Lynn Whatley, Caitlin Dawn Whatley, Charles Lane Whatley, Jax Carrell, Liam Carrell and Nevaeh Carrell; great grandchildren, Kevin Lee Whatley, Lakelin Jade Whatley, Aiden Reed Whatley, Emmalynn Whatley and Gabriel Wayne Whatley; along with a host of other friends, family and loved ones.
