Billy Leon Duncan, 88, was born on December 11, 1937 in Fort Towson, Oklahoma, the son of Wilbur F. Duncan and Minnie Mae (Scarborough) Duncan. He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Orrin "Matt" Duncan; brothers, Lester Wayne Duncan and Wilbur F. Duncan, Jr. and sisters, Geneva Hudson, June James and Delores Bland.

Billy lived all of his life in Spencerville and worked in the logging woods and oilfields. He married Betty Sue Wyatt on August 6, 1971. Billy was on the church board of the Spencerville Community Church and was a founder of Spencerville Volunteer Fire Department. Billy enjoyed hunting, fishing and piddling with old tractors and vehicles. He liked to show his love for his family by pestering and playing pranks on them. Billy loved the Lord and enjoyed playing the banjo in church. Above all else, Billy loved spending time with his family and friends. Billy will be deeply missed but his memory will live on in the hearts of those closest to him

Billy is survived by his wife, Betty Sue Duncan of the home; daughters, Rhonda Gooding of Grant, OK, Deborah Wyatt of Valliant, OK, Jeni Fresonke of MN and Suzie Babcock of Spencerville, OK; sons Greg Duncan of Valliant, OK and Trent Jenkins of MI; 13 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren and sister, Ester Jane Cooper of Swink, OK along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
