Billy Ray Arpealer, 80 was born in Olney, Oklahoma on June 27, 1942, the son of  Billy Arpealer and Julia (Idell) Arpealer. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Anna; grandchildren, Garrett and Addison and sister Levetta Grizzle.

Billy was a proud Veteran of the United States Army and  married Mary Anna Boyett on January 15, 1966, in Rattan, Oklahoma. Billy was a resident of Rattan for over 55 years and  owned and operated Arpealer's convenience store. He loved playing dominoes and was a member of the Rattan Domino Club. Billy enjoyed walking through his wife's flower beds and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He loved watching Dallas Cowboy football, Texas Rangers baseball and OU football and the local Rattan baseball games. Billy will be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Billy is survived by his son, Billy Arpealer, Jr. of Rattan, OK; daughter Cynthia Morris and husband Michael of Yukon, OK; grandchildren, Stefani, Samantha, Raylee, Brycen, Alexis, Caden, Grayson, Ian, Davis and Mason; three great grandchildren;  sisters, Karen Spalding of Antlers, OK and Jauquetta Trotter of Antlers, OK along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
