Barbara Lou Ella Mills, 83, was born on November 24, 1940, in Kennard, Texas, the daughter of Fred Kennedy and Effie (Raidian) Kennedy. She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, William "Bill" Mills.

Barbara grew up in Texas and married Bill on December 5, 1980, in Dallas. She loved her family and being a mother. Her love for children led her to run a home daycare for many years. Barbara then went on to become a hairdresser. She will be greatly missed by her family and loved ones.

Barbara is survived by her son, Curtis Watson of Haslet, TX; daughters, Regina St. John of Mesquite, TX and Teresa Adwell of Atoka, OK; 8 grandchildren, along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
