Allen Lee Blue, 89, was born on March 8, 1936, in Valliant, Oklahoma, the son of Aaron Lee Blue and Margaret Irene (Bryant) Allensworth. He was preceded in death by his parents; and brothers, Troy Blue, Roy Blue, Jimmy Allensworth, Billy Blue and Sammy Jo Jackson.

Allen was born and raised in McCurtain County, Oklahoma. He joined the US Navy and honorably served his country, retiring after 30 years of dedicated service. Allen served in Vietnam and was awarded many commendation medals, including the Bronze Star and the Vietnam Service Medal.

Allen loved to go scuba diving and began collecting rare and quite valuable seashells, some being valued as high as $2000.00. He accumulated almost 1,000 different species of seashells, his first one being a large leopard cone. Allen also enjoyed fishing golfing, gardening and exercising.

Allen owned and maintained two houses, one in San José, California and the other in Hawaii. He loved to travel and visit with family and friends in Hawaii, Washington, Arizona, Texas, Oklahoma and Arkansas. The last few years before his passing, Allen lived in San Antonio, Texas so he could be closer to his family. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends.

Allen is survived by his daughter, Gena Blue Joshua; daughter and son-in-law, Lori Lee and Kelly Lee Moore; son-in-law, Isai Trejo; grandchildren, Kiana Blue Joshua, Kelan Blue Joshua, Kasey Ann Crews, Levi Allen Simcox, and Stevie Ray Simcox; great grandchildren, Kingston Belardo, Tobias Belardo, Kaya Blue Joshua, Finn J. Joshua, Alexander Lee Carreon, Avalynn Isabella Diaz and Tristan Mercury Trujillo; brother and sister-in-law, Steve and Norma Stidham, along with a host of other family, friends and loved ones.
